Excellent place with air conditioning, a snack bar, and a tv. The staff helped with my luggage on my first stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a stress-free visit. I'll be back next year!

Lack of onsite concierge is frustrating!!! Check-in confusion due to unclear signage outside is inconvenient!!! WiFi connectivity issues can be quite annoying!!! Limited in-room storage detracts from an enjoyable stay!!!

Everything was PERFECT! The location was spot on, making it a breeze to explore. The staff went above and beyond, even ordering us a taxi to the airport.

The shower area was a bit cramped, and we had to keep an eye out for transit worker strikes to reach the main attractions. They knocked three times for cleaning while I was trying to catch some z's!

We checked in quickly, and the manager, Claudia, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean, spacious, and made our family feel right at home. It was great not to hear any street noise, and the nearby café offered delicious espressos, perfect for starting our day.

My wife says that a do not disturb sign would help keep things peaceful during the day.
